The Litigation Service Specialist leads the effort on-site to deliver services for scanning, OCR, branding, Bates labeling, push button load files, blowback printing, CD/DVD creation/duplication, and vBinder. The person in this position interfaces with Firm paralegals, litigation support team, and attorneys to communicate the best ways to support their needs. The Litigation Service Specialist also works with Opensity Technology leaders to determine standards for the client and implement new technology at the site. This role also has an important role in training other team members in the use of technology for document requests.
Responsibilities:
Capture of images and data to client specified formats Setup and conversion for print projects Conversion of Image Formats (PDF, TIFF & JPEG) Ensure quality and timeliness of all client deliverables Effectively communicate project status Train staff and co-workers on technology and projects
Qualifications & Requirements:
High School Diploma or equivalent Office experience, scanning software, familiarity with manipulating PDF and TIFF files Hardware familiarity (Multifunctional Printers, Scanners and troubleshooting skills) Experience working with Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional for the manipulation of PDF files Ability to be personable, articulate, knowledgeable, and professional in presenting oneself in a professional setting Ability to learn skills quickly with attention to detail Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a standard wheeled cart with a load capacity of 75 lbs. Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time The Compensation range for this role is up to 20.00 USD per hour and may be eligible for an annual bonus. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's location, skills, experience and qualifications.
