Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Production and Shipping Specialist to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you will oversee the entire production process, ensuring that printed materials meet quality standards and are prepared efficiently for shipping. Your expertise in graphic design, printing techniques, and machine operation will drive the smooth flow of production while maintaining high-quality output. Duties Operate and maintain large-format printers, flexo presses, digital printers, and screen printing equipment to produce high-quality printed materials. Interpret production documents and specifications accurately to ensure correct execution of print jobs. Manage color management processes to achieve consistent color accuracy across all print projects. Perform prepress tasks using graphic design software and prepress software to prepare files for printing. Adjust industrial equipment and machinery for optimal performance, including machining and mechanical troubleshooting. Conduct quality control checks throughout the production process to ensure adherence to standards and specifications. Coordinate with shipping teams to prepare finished products for delivery, including paper binding, cutting, layout design, and packaging. Requirements Proven experience with print manufacturing processes such as digital printing, flexo press operation, screen printing, and large-format printing. Strong knowledge of graphic design principles, typography, layout design, and print advertising techniques. Technical proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other prepress software. Mechanical knowledge related to industrial equipment adjustment and machine operation. Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and follow detailed instructions. Familiarity with color management systems and quality control procedures in a manufacturing setting.
