Our studio operates like a modern digital media production house—fast-paced, creative, and focused on building content that performs at scale across YouTube, TikTok, and other platforms. We are looking for a reliable and technically skilled Camera Operator to join our production team and help capture high-quality multicam podcast episodes. Job Overview You will be responsible for operating a 3-camera Sony setup during podcast recordings, ensuring consistent visual quality, proper framing, and dynamic shot composition across different set designs. This role is hands-on and production-focused—you will work directly with a producer and editor in a controlled studio environment.

Work Environment Note:

This role takes place in a live studio production environment where guests may consume alcohol and cannabis during recordings (in compliance with Nevada law and studio guidelines) . Candidates must be comfortable working professionally in an environment where these substances may be present. Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor a 3-camera multicam Sony setup Frame and maintain consistent, cinematic-quality shots during podcast recordings Adjust and modify lighting setups per episode or set design Ensure all camera angles are properly exposed and visually consistent Assist in basic studio setup and teardown for filming sessions Maintain equipment care and organization Collaborate with producer and editor to achieve desired visual style Ensure smooth execution of recordings in a fast-paced environment Qualifications Experience in video production, photography, or camera operation (all levels welcome) Basic understanding of framing, exposure, and composition Comfortable working with Sony camera systems (training can be provided) Ability to work night shifts (approx. 4 PM - 12 AM) Must live in or near Las Vegas, NV Reliable transportation to Inspirada studio location Must be comfortable working in a studio environment where guests may be consuming alcohol and cannabis during production Preferred Traits Interest in YouTube, podcasts, and digital media production Calm under pressure and detail-oriented Fast learner with a strong creative instinct Takes initiative in production environments Interested in long-term growth in entertainment/media Schedule Full-time position Nighttime production schedule: Approximately 4:00 PM - 12:00 AM Based in-studio (Inspirada, South Las Vegas) Occasional schedule flexibility depending on production needs

Compensation Salary:
