Printing Technician We are seeking

MULTIPLE

detail oriented Printing Technicians/Operators with experience in silk screen or offset printing to support high quality production operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Set up, operate, and maintain silk screen and offset printing equipment Prepare screens, plates, inks, and materials for production runs Monitor print quality, color accuracy, and alignment throughout the process Troubleshoot equipment issues and perform routine maintenance Ensure jobs are completed efficiently, meeting deadlines and quality standards Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean work environment

Senior-Level Responsibilities:

Lead press setup and oversee complex or high volume production runs Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment, processes, and quality standards Calibrate color profiles and ensure consistency across multiple print runs and machines Partner with production and design teams to optimize workflows and resolve technical challenges Identify process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce waste, and improve output quality Manage preventative maintenance schedules and coordinate major equipment repairs

Qualifications:

Experience with silk screen and/or offset printing required Strong attention to detail and quality control Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Prior leadership or supervisory experience preferred

Pay:

$19.00 - $30.00 per hour
