On-site Role Snapshot We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage on-site work assignments with a focus on Copy/Print Production and Forms Modernization. In this role, you aren t just handling documents; you are the face of our service, ensuring every client request is met with precision and a high level of customer satisfaction.Qualifications Education:
HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.Experience:
Less than one year of related experience (entry-level candidates with high technical aptitude are encouraged to apply).Technical Skills:
Basic computer skills and the ability to navigate digital spreadsheets and electronic files.Communication:
Interpersonal skills; ability to communicate effectively in a professional environment.Physical Requirements:
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Ability to spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling.Availability:
Must be able to work overtime (OT) as needed.salary:

High SchoolResponsibilitiesKey Responsibilities 1. Project Management & Forms Modernization Lead the Forms Modernization project: reviewing outdated materials, recording metadata into spreadsheets, and streamlining inventory by eliminating unnecessary forms. Contribute to the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are accurately documented. 2. Copy, Print & Production Execute prompt and accurate reproduction of all print requests (printing, punching, binding, assembling, sorting, and laminating). Perform pre-delivery quality control checks and maintain detailed activity logs for reporting. Conduct routine upkeep and basic maintenance of production equipment. 3. Communication & Client Relations Respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and in-person communication. Act as a primary point of contact for customer inquiries, ensuring a "customer-first" approach. Promptly escalate potential problems or site concerns to the supervisor. 4. Operational Flexibility Attend cross-functional training to provide coverage during short-staffed periods.
