Responsibilities Operate large-format printers and related industrial equipment with precision, ensuring optimal print quality and efficiency Interpret production documents accurately to meet project specifications and deadlines Manage color calibration and color management processes to achieve consistent, vibrant results across all prints Perform routine mechanical adjustments, troubleshooting, and maintenance on printing machines to minimize downtime Conduct quality control inspections throughout the production cycle to identify and correct issues promptly Collaborate with graphic designers using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software to prepare files for printing Assist with prepress processes including layout design, image preparation, and proofing using prepress software Maintain a clean, organized workspace adhering to safety standards while handling industrial equipment Experience Proven experience operating large-format printers or similar industrial printing equipment in a manufacturing or print shop environment Strong understanding of color management principles and print advertising requirements Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or InDesign Familiarity with prepress workflows, including file preparation and layout design for print projects Mechanical knowledge of industrial equipment adjustment, maintenance, and troubleshooting techniques Experience with digital printing technology Ability to interpret complex production documents accurately and execute tasks efficiently under tight deadlines Knowledge of typography, layout design principles, and quality control standards in print production Embark on a career where your technical proficiency meets creative expression!
