This role combines technical pre-press responsibilities with direct customer interaction, ensuring artwork is properly prepared for flexographic printing while delivering excellent service to our clients. Key Responsibilities Pre-Press Duties Prepare, edit, and finalize customer artwork for flexographic printing Review files for accuracy, print readiness, and quality standards Make necessary adjustments including sizing, color correction, and layout alignment Create and manage print-ready files using Adobe Creative Cloud (primarily Illustrator) Communicate with internal teams to ensure jobs meet production requirements Maintain organized digital files and job records Customer Service Duties Communicate with customers via phone and email regarding artwork, orders, and revisions Assist customers with file setup, specifications, and troubleshooting Ensure customer requirements are clearly understood and executed Provide updates on job status and timelines Handle revisions and approvals in a timely and professional manner Qualifications Required Strong working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud , especially Illustrator Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Preferred (Not Required) Experience or knowledge of flexographic printing processes Background in pre-press, graphic design, or print production Experience working in a manufacturing or print environment Key Skills Problem-solving and critical thinking Time management and prioritization Customer-focused mindset Ability to learn technical processes quickly Work Environment Combination of office and production support environment Collaborative team setting with ongoing training provided Training On-the-job training will be provided for flexographic printing processes and internal systems #hc230429
