Job Description
Role Description 2nd Shift - 3.30 PM to 2.00 AM Monday to Thursday This is a full-time on-site role for an Experienced Press Operator located in Syracuse and/or Cohoes, NY. The Press Operator will be responsible for operating press equipment, ensuring high-quality output, performing routine quality control checks, and troubleshooting technical issues. Maintaining safety and efficiency while meeting production schedules is a critical aspect of this role. Qualifications Experience in flexo press operation and printing processes Proficiency in quality control and ensuring adherence to production standards Strong skills in troubleshooting and resolving mechanical or technical issues Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Prior experience in the printing or packaging industry is a significant advantage High school diploma or GED equivalent is required; technical certifications are a plus
