Pre-Press Setup Operator

We're looking for a mechanically skilled, detail-driven Machine Setup Operator to support production operations in our manufacturing facility. This role is a great fit for someone with hands-on setup experience who is comfortable working from spec sheets and takes pride in getting jobs running right the first time. Responsibilities Perform machine setup and changeovers for production runs across die-cutting and coating equipment Read and interpret work orders and spec sheets to configure equipment accurately for each job Monitor output during production runs and make adjustments to maintain quality and consistency Communicate equipment issues and job status to supervisors and production team members Qualifications Prior experience in machine setup; die-cutting or coating application background preferred Ability to read work orders and spec sheets with strong math and measurement skills Comfortable standing for 9-10 hours and regularly lifting 20+ lbs Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Job Disclaimer Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
