Job Description

Service Performance Operator About the Role We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Performance Operator to join our Service Department team. This is a critical behind-the-scenes role that keeps our service operations running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities Dispatch repair orders (ROs) to technicians based on skill set, workload, and priority to maximize shop efficiency and throughout Serve as the primary communication link between technicians, service advisors, and the parts department to ensure seamless workflow and minimize delays Collaborate with the warranty administrator to ensure warranty repair orders are properly documented and processed in accordance with manufacturer guidelines Monitor and flag technician time, accurately tracking labor on all repair orders Pre-invoice all ROs prior to returning them to service advisors, ensuring accuracy in labor, parts, and pricing before customer delivery Identify and communicate any workflow bottlenecks or delays to service management in real time Maintain a clean, accurate, and up-to-date digital real-time dispatch sheet throughout the day Will be working closely with the Service Manager and Warranty Admin to ensure shop production What We're Looking For Previous experience in an automotive dealership service department strongly preferred Familiarity with dealer management systems (DealerTrack, Xtime, or similar) Strong understanding of flat-rate pay systems and technician time tracking Excellent communication and multitasking skills Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a high-volume environment Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy in process and documentation A team-first attitude with the ability to build strong working relationships across departments Why Join Us Competitive pay based on experience Comprehensive benefits package A supportive team environment with room to grow Be a key player in a high-performing service operation
