Job Description

DESCRIPTION
Football Startup League is an innovative 7-on-7 football league built for the social-first era — faster pace, more explosive plays, and a fan experience closer to a UFC event than a traditional football game. We are producing a proof of concept shoot so looking to capture game play traditionally and cinematically with two units. This is a single shoot day, ENG/doc-style production. You'll be covering live game action, player and coach interviews, sideline moments, and high-energy crowd and venue atmosphere. Responsibilities Capture live game action across multiple angles including sideline, end zone, and handheld on-field positions Cover player walk-ups, celebrations, reactions, and sideline/bench moments Follow action in a fast-moving, unscripted environment with minimal direction Work closely with the Director/Producer on shot priorities throughout the day Requirements Camera operating experience in sports or live event production Comfortable in run-and-gun, documentary-style environments Able to hold a shot, anticipate action, and capture authentic moments Own kit required — please list your gear in your application Reliable, communicative, and easy to work with on a tight crew A Plus Football production experience (NFL, college, arena, or independent league) Experience shooting combat sports, basketball, or other fast-moving action sports
