• Key Responsibilities:

• File Preparation and Review:

• Examine client files for completeness and accuracy, ensuring all necessary components are present and properly formatted for printing.

• Proofing and Quality Control:

• Generate and review proofs, verifying color accuracy, resolution, and overall consistency with project specifications. Collaborate closely with clients and internal teams to resolve any discrepancies or issues.

• Troubleshooting:

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to file preparation and printing, ensuring smooth and error-free production workflows.

Design Team:

• Work closely with graphic designers to make necessary adjustments and modifications to files as required by the printing process.

• Color Management:

• Implement and maintain color management standards to ensure consistent and accurate color reproduction across various media.

• Software Utilization:

• Use industry-standard software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and other prepress applications, to prepare and adjust files for printing.

• Maintenance of Equipment:

• Assist in the upkeep and calibration of prepress equipment, ensuring optimal performance and output quality.

• Process Improvement:

• Contribute to ongoing process enhancements by suggesting improvements to prepress workflows and technologies.

• Qualifications and Skills:

• Educational Background:

• Preferred candidates will have a degree or certification in graphic design, printing technology, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.

• Experience:
