Determines prescription status for shipment. Prints labels for all prescriptions. Communicates with various shipping carriers to monitor shipping delays. Maintains customer satisfaction by effectively communicating delays to patients. Ensures patient confidentiality by adhering to all company policies and procedures while communicating with patients.Working Conditions:
Fast-paced environment. Requires normal vision (corrected) both close and distant. Requires normal hearing levels (corrected). Requires standing for the length of the shift. Uses office equipment and machinery effectively. Requires normal finger dexterity for keyboarding. Ability to operate a pallet jack. Ability to type a minimum of 20 wpm and use 10-key on the computer. Works effectively with frequent interruptions. Lifting requirements of 50 pounds frequently.Relevant Experience :
Minimum of 6 months experience in a warehouse/shipping department or related experienceEducation/Licensing Requirements :
Must haveHigh School Diploma or GED Job Type :
