Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Digital Press Operator. The Pressman will operate and maintain printing presses, ensure color accuracy, alignment, and quality standards. Responsibilities include conducting preventive maintenance and coordinating repairs when needed. The role requires effective communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with teams. Qualifications Experience in Digital Printing and the Print Production process Attention to detail and a strong focus on Quality Control Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple projects in a deadline-driven environment. Role requires effective communication in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Ability to understand and follow detailed verbal and written instructions in English is required. Familiarity with HP, Canon and Ricoh press is desirable Experience in the publishing environment is a plus High school diploma or equivalent required; technical or vocational training in printing
