Job Summary The Press Operator is responsible for ensuring the safe, timely, and accurate completion of print jobs.
Shift:
Monday•Friday, 12:00•8:30pm
Hourly Pay Range:
$22•$26 USD What You'll Do... Set up and operate printing presses based on job requirements. Review job tickets and specifications to ensure correct materials, ink, and settings. Monitor press during production to maintain color consistency and print quality. Perform routine press maintenance and troubleshoot mechanical issues. Mix and manage ink colors to match client specifications. Inspect printed materials for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards. Record production data and maintain accurate logs. Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized work area. Collaborate with production team to meet deadlines and customer expectations. Other duties as assigned. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. Previous printing or press operation experience preferred. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and quality. Mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a team environment and communicate effectively.
