Benefits include medical, dental, and vision, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, 7 paid holidays (after 90 days of service), and generous PTO accruals from day on Requirements Duties and Responsibilities (but not limited to): Prepare and inspect printing plates for mounting, ensuring they meet quality standards and specifications; Mount printing plates onto cylinders according to job specifications, ensuring proper alignment and registration; Maintain accurate records of plate inventory and usage; Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of production jobs; Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to plate mounting or printing processes; Work in a safe and effective manner at all times.
