Green Bay Packaging is seeking a Graphics Technician to support our corrugated and folding carton operations. In this role, you'll prepare and optimize artwork files, operate graphics and prepress equipment, and ensure accurate, high-quality output for production. Responsibilities include color correction, proofing, file management, and routine equipment maintenance. Responsibilities Set up, operate, and adjust graphics and prepress equipment for corrugated and folding carton production Prepare and manipulate artwork files to meet plant and customer specifications Perform color corrections, trapping, imposition, and file prep for plate making and digital output Verify proofs for accuracy, color consistency, and printability before production Maintain graphics files, job records, and documentation in an organized workflow system Collaborate with production, sales, and customer service to resolve graphics issues and meet deadlines Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of graphics equipment and software Follow safety, quality, and sustainability standards in all prepress and graphics tasks Required Skills Prepress operations Adobe Illustrator Adobe Photoshop Adobe In Design or similar layout software Color management and proofing File preparation for plate making and digital output PDF workflow and RIP software Print production standards for corrugated and folding cartons Digital asset management Basic mechanical and troubleshooting skills
