Responsibilities Operate large-format printers, flexo presses, screen printing machines, and digital printing equipment with precision and efficiency. Adjust industrial equipment settings to optimize print quality, color accuracy, and production speed. Interpret production documents and technical specifications to ensure accurate reproduction of designs. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and mechanical adjustments on press machinery to minimize downtime. Manage color management processes using prepress software and graphic design tools to achieve consistent color output. Conduct quality control checks throughout the printing process to detect defects or inconsistencies. Collaborate with graphic designers and prepress teams to prepare files using Adobe Creative Suite and other graphic design software for optimal printing results. Skills Strong knowledge of print production processes including offset, flexo, digital, and screen printing techniques. Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Experience with prepress software for layout design, file preparation, and color management. Mechanical knowledge of industrial printing equipment and ability to perform machine operation adjustments. Skilled in interpreting manufacturing documents and technical specifications accurately. Excellent attention to detail for quality control and defect detection during production runs. Ability to troubleshoot mechanical issues quickly to maintain workflow efficiency.
