Starting Pay:

Printron is looking for a Plate Maker to join our team. Here at Printron, we're looking for people who: Understand structure, layout, and how things are built Take pride in accuracy and organization Work consistently and follow through on tasks Want to master the details of quality work No experience? No problem. We'll provide full training for motivated individuals who are ready to show up and learn.

What You'll Do:

In this hands-on role, you'll be an important part of the process that creates high-quality printing plates for the packaging industry. You'll work with modern equipment and technology while learning valuable skills in quality control, maintenance, and production flow. Operate equipment to produce liquid and digital photopolymer plates Follow detailed instructions to meet job specifications Use computer tools to track production and job status Trim and inspect plates to ensure they meet quality standards Perform light maintenance and help keep equipment in top shape Prepare completed plates for the next step in production Be a reliable and consistent team player

Who We're Looking For:
