In this role, you'll be an essential part of our production floor, handling small presses and assisting with a variety of print jobs—from envelopes and letterheads to business cards and NCR forms. If you're a go-getter with a knack for multitasking and a willingness to learn new skills, this is the perfect opportunity to grow within a supportive environment on-site. As a Floater, you'll have the chance to rotate through different roles, gaining valuable experience across our facility while contributing to seamless operations. Wage:
$21.00/hour
Schedule:
Monday - Thursday7:30am to 5pm. Friday 7:30am to 11:30am
Required Skills:
Ability to lift 45-50 lbs Strong attention to detail Basic understanding of printing or related production processes (experience a plus) Good communication skills Reliability and a positive attitude Nice to
Have Skills:
Previous experience working with small presses or in a printing environment Familiarity with finishing or bindery tasks Basic mechanical or troubleshooting skills
Preferred Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent Prior experience in manufacturing, printing, or warehouse settings is helpful but not required
Other Requirements:
