$21/hr•$23/hr Position Overview We are seeking an experienced press brake operator to support high‑mix metal fabrication and New Product Introduction (NPI) builds. This role is responsible for setting up, operating, and troubleshooting press brake machinery to form complex metal components with exceptional accuracy. The press brake operator will ensure all bends meet strict engineering tolerances and uphold zero‑defect quality standards. Key Responsibilities Select, install, and adjust tooling, dies, and machine parameters for advanced metal‑forming operations. Read and interpret engineering drawings, CAD files, and detailed work instructions to determine fabrication steps. Conduct first‑article and in‑process inspections using calipers, angle protractors, and other precision measurement tools. Adjust machine parameters during bending and forming to maintain part accuracy and repeatability. Perform routine preventative maintenance and maintain a clean, organized workspace aligned with 6S manufacturing standards.

Requirements & Qualifications Experience:

2-5 years of direct experience as a press brake operator in a manufacturing environment.

Technical Skills:

Strong blueprint reading and proficiency with precision measuring instruments.

Physical Requirements:

Ability to stand for full shifts and lift/carry up to 50 lbs.

Teamwork:

Comfortable collaborating with engineering, quality, and production teams to meet part requirements.

Pay:

$22.00•$24.00 per hour
