This role is ideal for candidates with recent, hands-on press brake experience who can work independently and contribute immediately in a fast-paced production environment.

Important:

This is not an entry-level role. Candidates must have current, relevant experience and be able to hit the ground running with minimal supervision.

Shift:

Monday-Friday, 5:00 AM - 1:30 PM Overtime may include: Early start at 4:00 AM Extended hours Saturdays as needed

Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend and form metal components Interpret blueprints, drawings, and job travelers to ensure accurate production Select, align, and secure dies based on specifications Adjust machine settings, pressure, and clearances to meet material requirements Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, and measuring tools Identify and troubleshoot issues related to materials, equipment, or production Maintain accurate job documentation and update production records Coordinate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals Load, position, and unload materials manually or with equipment Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Qualifications High school diploma or GED (preferred) Recent experience operating press brake machines is required Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings Experience using measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures) Solid understanding of manufacturing and production processes Strong math skills (basic calculations and measurements) Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills Team player with good communication skills Ability to follow written and verbal instructions Requirements Must be able to meet ITAR compliance (U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident) Must pass background check and drug screening Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and push up to 60 lbs when needed Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks (bending, kneeling, lifting) Willingness to work overtime, early shifts, and weekends as needed Preferred Bilingual Spanish (a plus, but not required) Experience with troubleshooting and machine adjustments Familiarity with shop safety and compliance standards If you're a seasoned Press Brake Operator ready to make an immediate impact, we want to hear from you.
