Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Press Brake Operator for a direct hire opportunity in Santa Ana, CA within the automotive and parts manufacturing industry. Key Responsibilities
- Set up CNC press brake machines by selecting and installing the correct dies, punches, and tooling based on material type, thickness, and job requirements.
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, work orders, and technical specification sheets.
- Program, adjust, and operate CNC press brakes to achieve correct bend angles, pressure, depth, and overall part accuracy.
- Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, troubleshoot production issues, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow OSHA and facility safety requirements, including proper use of personal protective equipment. Compensation and Benefits
