This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with advanced machinery and precision tools, ensuring that every piece meets strict quality standards. As a key contributor, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining equipment that shapes and prepares steel materials for manufacturing processes. Duties Read and interpret detailed blueprints, technical drawings, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) specifications to ensure precise fabrication. Set up press brake machines, stamping presses, and fabrication tooling to meet production requirements. Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments to verify dimensions and quality of steel parts. Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment while adhering to safety protocols. Assist in assembly line processes by preparing steel components for welding, packaging, or further fabrication steps. Skills Experience operating various manufacturing equipment such as press brakes, stamping presses, CNC mills, lathes, and welding tools. Knowledge of factory safety procedures and materials handling techniques including forklift operation. Mechanical aptitude combined with manufacturing experience in a fast-paced factory environment. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality control assessments.
