Requirements:

Operate 3 presses: 250-ton 5 axis, 1000-ton 5 axis, and 3500-ton 5 axis. Must be able to operate older machinery; the oldest press has been in operation around 60 years. Create elbows and bent pipe by placing the pipe in dies and pushing metal balls through the pipe at specific angles (various axis). Creating T junctions with hydro pressing. Pressing copper/nickel alloy, some stainless steel, and Inconel. Operators must be able to do all their own die changes (1-3 per shift). Operate a saw for precise pipe cutting to length. Multi-axis, metal forming press experience is the most important. Hydro forming experience is a plus. Able to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure. Frequent bending, pushing / pulling, reaching, and lifting periodically up to 75 pounds.
