Job Description

Our client, an industry leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Field Service Tech in Atlanta GA to join their dynamic team. As a Field Service Tech, you will be an essential part of the service department, supporting operational excellence and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, excellent communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully within the organization.

Shift:
Regular Day Shift What's the Job? Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of press brakes and shearing equipment at customer sites. Diagnose technical issues and provide effective solutions to ensure optimal equipment performance. Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver exceptional technical support. Maintain detailed service records and documentation for all work performed. Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to promote a safe working environment. What's Needed? Basic technical knowledge of press brake and shear machinery. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Willingness to travel and work at various customer locations as required. What's in it for me?
