In this role, you will be responsible for operating press brake machines to bend and shape sheet metal components with precision and efficiency. Your expertise will contribute to the production of high-quality metal parts used across various industries. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with advanced fabrication equipment, develop your technical skills, and be an integral part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment committed to excellence. Duties Set up and operate press brake machines, ensuring accurate bending according to detailed blueprints and technical drawings Read and interpret complex blueprints, GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing), and manufacturing specifications to produce precise parts Use hand tools, calipers, micrometers, and other precision measuring instruments for quality inspection and measurement verification Adjust machine settings based on material type, thickness, and project requirements to optimize performance Perform routine maintenance on press brake equipment and troubleshoot mechanical issues promptly to minimize downtime Collaborate with fabrication, welding, and assembly teams to ensure seamless production flow Maintain detailed documentation of production processes, measurements, and quality checks in compliance with safety standards Qualifications Proven experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication setting Strong mechanical knowledge of machinery including CNC laser cutting, CNC milling machines, CNC lathe, plasma cutting, electrical discharge machining (EDM), stamping presses, and CNC programming is highly desirable Ability to read complex blueprints and interpret GD&T specifications accurately Familiarity with sheet metal fabrication processes such as welding, assembly, tooling setup, and quality inspection Skilled in using hand tools, calipers, micrometers, micrometers, cranes, forklifts, and other shop equipment safely Basic math skills for measurements and calculations related to machining tolerances Knowledge of safety procedures related to machining operations and the use of precision measuring instruments Mechanical aptitude combined with a strong work ethic and attention to detail Join us in creating top-tier metal products through innovative fabrication techniques!
