Perform basic press brake setups, including 90-degree bends.
Perform basic setups on punch presses, drill presses, tube threading, and single-head tapping equipment.
Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
Use measuring equipment to complete accurate machine setups and inspect finished parts.
Perform in-process and final inspections to ensure quality requirements are met.
Follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) and all applicable safety procedures.
Maintain a clean, organized, and properly labeled tool area.
Complete production/labor reporting using computer systems.
Assist with training new and temporary machine operators.
Communicate effectively with employees and other departments.

Full-Time, DIRECT HIRE Position SummaryOur client, a leading global designer and manufacturer of audiovisual solutions, is seeking an experienced Press Brake Set-Up professional to prepare tooling and equipment for production runs of fabricated metal parts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with press brakes and other fabrication equipment, the ability to read blueprints, and strong knowledge of measuring equipment and production quality requirements.
