We are seeking a mid- to entry-level Press Brake Operator to join our 2nd shift manufacturing team in Monee, IL. This is a

TEMP-TO-HIRE

position! $20.00 per hour 2nd shift: 2:30pm-1:00am Mon-Thurs 4-day work week! Weekly paycheck! OT available! PTO accrual! Insurance available!

Requirements:

Physical requirements include ability to operate machinery, lift up to 40 lbs, and stand on feet for most of the day Additional abilities include written and verbal communication, ability to read numbers, blueprints and measurements? Previous experience in a manufacturing environment Proficiency in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers for quality control Basic math skills necessary for calculations related to machining tolerances and measurements Ability to work on the 2nd shift schedule reliably in a fast-paced manufacturing environment Strong mechanical aptitude combined with excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills Preferred qualifications: High school diploma or GED Technical capacity Experience with tooling setup, materials handling equipment like forklifts, and fabrication processes including welding Hands-on experience with CAD software such as SolidWorks or similar is a plus If you are passionate about manufacturing technology, committed to producing high-quality components, and eager to contribute your skills on the 2nd shift in a dynamic factory setting, we encourage you to apply today.
