Apply Description Immediate Openings on 1st and 2nd Shift - Join Our Growing Manufacturing Team! QuikCut is seeking experienced Press Brake Operators to join our fabrication team. As a Press Brake Operator, you'll set up and operate brake press equipment to fabricate high-quality metal components that meet exact customer specifications. Your attention to detail and commitment to safety will play a key role in delivering exceptional products to our customers. Whether you've worked with CNC press brakes, sheet metal fabrication, or precision metal forming, this is an excellent opportunity to grow your manufacturing career with QuikCut. What You'll Do Set up and operate press brake machines to bend, form, and fabricate metal parts according to work orders, blueprints, and customer specifications. Select the proper tooling and perform machine setup and calibration for each production run. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate part production. Inspect completed parts to verify dimensions, quality, and compliance with specifications. Perform routine machine maintenance and daily equipment inspections. Identify and report quality concerns, equipment issues, or production challenges promptly. Maintain accurate production records and documentation. Follow all company safety policies and OSHA requirements. Requirements What We're Looking For 1-2 years of experience operating a press brake, CNC brake press, or similar metal fabrication equipment preferred. Experience in a manufacturing, fabrication, or sheet metal environment. Ability to read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work. Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment. Commitment to workplace safety and continuous improvement. Ability to stand for extended periods and safely lift up to 75 pounds. Why Join QuikCut?
