Job Description
Job Overview Our client is a leading manufacturer of high-quality metal toolboxes and custom fabricated metal parts, serving industries such as trucking, agriculture, and construction. As a Press Brake Operator, you'll set up, program, and operate press brake machines to form parts to print—helping deliver products on time with accuracy and pride. Set up, program, and safely operate press brakes to form parts to specification. Follow sequence lists to meet daily production schedules and on-time delivery goals. Perform in-process quality checks and report any defects or issues. Program new parts and improve existing programs for efficiency. Maintain tools, complete 5S tasks, and keep your work area safe and organized. Mentor and train new team members as needed to support production goals. Requirements High school diploma or GED required. 2+ years of experience operating press brakes or similar forming equipment. Able to read blueprints, work instructions, and use precision measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, tape measures, etc.). Basic math and computer skills for measurements and data entry. Forklift or crane experience preferred. Team-oriented, dependable, and focused on quality and safety. Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 75 lbs (team lift for heavier loads).
