This is a direct hire opportunity, so you'll be hired directly by the employer and eligible for their excellent benefits package. • 24.00/ hr, based on experience +$3.00/hr shift premium for 2nd Shift Monday-Thursday | 4:00 PM
• 2:30 AM Overtime frequently available on Fridays Direct hire with company benefits What You'll Do Set up and operate brake press machines to bend and form metal components Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings Select the proper tooling and ensure machines are set up correctly for each job Inspect finished parts to verify quality and accuracy Perform basic machine maintenance and keep equipment clean Maintain a safe, organized work area Work closely with your team to meet production goals and deadlines What We're Looking For 1-2 years of brake press experience in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills Commitment to producing quality work and following safety procedures Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
