Press Brake Operator Details:

Contract to Hire position $20.00 to $23.00 /hour First Shift (Monday through Friday from 07:00am to 03:30pm)

Press Brake Operator Details:

Temporary position $22.00 /hour Set up and operate

press brake machines Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications Select proper tooling and perform accurate machine setups Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality Make adjustments to ensure parts meet tolerances Perform basic machine maintenance and troubleshooting Meet production schedules while maintaining quality standards

Press Brake Operator Qualifications:

Proven hands-on experience operating

press brake machines (no training provided). Ability to read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and bend specifications accurately. Skilled in selecting proper tooling and performing precise machine setups. Experience performing first-piece and in-process inspections to ensure quality. Ability to make adjustments to maintain part tolerances. Knowledge of basic press brake maintenance and troubleshooting. Strong focus on safety, cleanliness, and organization in the work area. Ability to meet production schedules while maintaining high-quality standards. Self-sufficient and able to set up and operate machines with minimal assistance.
