Press Brake Operator Qualifications:
2 + Years of Press Brake/Punch Press or CNC Fabrication/Sheet Metal MFG experience required Ability to Read Measurements, Blueprints, Work Orders/Fab. Specs required Basic Computer Skills and Willing to Learn/Operate Other Machines required Experience with Safan / Prima Power CNC Press Brakes, Trumpf Punch Presses, and Shear Genius Sheet metal Fab.
Machine / Shear
System preferred Experience with Aluminum, or Sheet Metal (8 - 22 Gauge / HVAC/Ventilation/Ductwork or Metal MFG) preferred knowledge of Dimensional Tolerances, Quality Inspections, Adjusting Tooling or Machine Setups preferred

Responsibilities of Press Brake Operator:
This role involves operating and setting up CNC sheet metal fabrication equipment in a manufacturing facility focused on aluminum, light-gauge sheet metal, HVAC, and ventilation products Responsibilities include operating press brakes, punch presses, and other fabrication machinery to cut, bend, and form metal components used in commercial and industrial ventilation systems Additional duties include reading blueprints and work orders, checking measurements, adjusting machine settings, inspecting finished parts, troubleshooting minor machine issues, performing basic machine maintenance, and loading/unloading materials Work may involve aluminum, steel, and other sheet metal materials used in HVAC equipment, ductwork, dampers, ventilation systems, and related HVAC products Other duties as assigned Please be on the lookout for a (774) area code calling you.
