CNC PRESS BRAKE PROGRAMMER / OPERATOR
Build Something Different Every Day Dimensional Innovations is seeking an experienced CNC Press Brake Programmer / Operator to join our Metal Fabrication team. This is not a repetitive production role. Our team fabricates custom parts and assemblies for unique projects across the country, requiring a skilled professional who can independently program, set up, and operate CNC press brakes for one-off and low-volume work. If your experience is primarily running pre-programmed production parts, this position may not be the right fit. We are looking for someone who can read a print, determine bend sequences, select tooling, create or modify programs, and troubleshoot forming challenges independently.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Program, set up, and operate CNC press brake equipment Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and fabrication specifications Develop bend sequences and determine the most efficient forming methods Select appropriate tooling based on material type, thickness, and bend requirements Create and modify machine programs for custom fabricated parts Perform first-piece inspections and verify dimensional accuracy Troubleshoot forming, tooling, and setup issues Maintain quality standards while meeting production schedules Assist with other fabrication activities as needed
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Qualifications Experience programming and operating CNC press brakes Ability to create or modify programs from blueprints and part drawings Strong understanding of bend allowances, bend deductions, bend sequences, and tooling selection Ability to independently set up and run new jobs with minimal supervision Experience using precision measuring equipment, including calipers, tape measures, and other inspection tools Ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and specifications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications Experience in a custom fabrication, job shop, or prototype environment Experience forming aluminum, steel, stainless steel, and other materials Additional fabrication experience including welding, machining, assembly, or metal finishing Experience with CNC press brake controls and offline programming software

SCHEDULE
Monday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM Overtime as needed
REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or GED Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with noise, moving equipment, and varying conditions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
