1st Shift, Monday-Thursday, 5:00 AM - 3:30 PM Overview Join our team as a Press Operator in a fast-paced manufacturing environment where your skills directly contribute to producing high-quality fiberglass components. Job Description Operate press machines to form, shape, and cut fiberglass materials according to work orders and specifications. Set up and adjust press equipment as needed to ensure accurate production. Perform quality checks on finished parts to ensure they meet specifications and complete required documentation. Load and unload fiberglass materials safely and efficiently. Monitor machine operation and make minor adjustments to maintain product quality and production flow. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area. Report any safety, quality, or equipment issues to the supervisor immediately. Follow all safety procedures and company policies while operating machinery. Assist with packaging and preparing finished goods for shipment as needed. Other duties as assigned. Other Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds periodically. Previous press operator or manufacturing experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods of time. Comfortable with repetitive and non-repetitive tasks. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
