Summary 'We are seeking an experienced Cincinnati Press Brake Operator with at least 5 years of expertise in sheet metal fabrication. This role is vital to our manufacturing team at Fidler Furniture Company in the US, contributing to our mission of delivering exceptional custom metal solutions.' Responsibilities ' Operate and set up press brake machines to bend sheet metal accurately. Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Maintain and troubleshoot press brake and manual equipment. Ensure quality standards are met through inspection and measurement. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals. Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. Assist in tooling setup and maintenance. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the manufacturing process.' Qualifications ' Minimum of 5 years of experience operating press brake machines. Proficiency in blueprint reading and technical drawings. Strong knowledge of press brake programming and operation. Skilled in using precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers. Ability to operate forklifts and cranes is a plus. Willing to be cross trained for other shop activities when press is not being used. Mechanical aptitude with a focus on fabrication processes. Excellent attention to detail and safety awareness. High school diploma or equivalent; technical training preferred.' Experience TIG welding a huge plus!
