The Operator will be responsible for operating the press and measuring and adjusting the material as needed. The operator will also be responsible for setting up and operating the press, measuring and adjusting the material as needed.Essential Duties:
Set up and operate presses according to standard operating procedures. Record all material measurements and adjustments. Maintain a clean, neat, organized work area. Work independently with minimal supervision. Perform other duties as assigned.Required Skills:
- Ability to read drawings, specifications, and blueprints.
- Ability to use measuring instruments such as calipers, etc.
- Ability to read tape measure and tape measure accurately.
- Knowledge of basic metalworking processes (bolt-on & rivet)
