Monday-Thursday 6:00am-4:30pm Looking for stability, strong pay, and work-life balance? Join our Kansas City team as a Press Brake Operator and enjoy a 4-day workweek, competitive pay starting at $25+, and every Friday off. Press Brake Operator Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Operate a press brake to manufacture various products, parts, and components from sheet metal
• Prepare, set up, and adjust press brake as required by product plans and production schedules
• Measure and align materials to be used
• Inspect products, evaluating finished pieces for compliance with quality standards and specifications
• Perform routine maintenance on the press brake
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area (sweep last 15 min of everyday, sweep and mop end of Thursday shift)

Press Brake Operator Requirements:

• Must be able to regularly lift to 10-35 pounds
• Must be able to stand for entire shift
• Must be prepared to be cross-trained
• Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel as needed
• Ability to safely and effectively operate or learn to operate press brake controls
• Strong mechanical aptitude
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to read a tape measure to an 16th of an inch
• Must have good attention to detail
• Previous experience in automotive or electrical assembly a plus
