Hours:

Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30 pm Responsibilities Set up and operate numerical control press brake machines safely and efficiently Select and install the correct dies and tooling based on material type, thickness, and bend deductions Read and interpret blueprints, shop drawings, and manufacturing prints Understand tolerances and ensure finished parts meet print specifications Measure and inspect parts using calipers, micrometers, gauges, and other precision measuring tools Make machine adjustments as needed to maintain accuracy and quality throughout production runs Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on press brake equipment Work with team members and supervisors to keep jobs on schedule and maintain production flow Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a clean work area Qualifications Previous experience operating press brake machines in a manufacturing or fabrication environment Completely confident running numerical control press brake machines Ability to set up press brake machines with the correct tooling and dies for proper bend deductions Strong understanding of blueprints, measurements, tolerances, and fabrication prints Experience with precision measuring tools including calipers, micrometers, and gauges Basic math and problem-solving skills CNC experience is a plus, but not required Experience with other fabrication equipment such as CNC laser cutting, plasma cutting, welding, milling machines, lathes, or stamping presses is helpful Forklift or crane experience is a plus Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Benefits Paid vacation Paid time off (PTO) Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Life insurance We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, works well with others, and can consistently produce quality parts with minimal supervision.
