You will be responsible for shaping and forming a variety of structural metals, plate, and sheet metal components. Core Requirements Demonstrate proficiency in the operation of shear and brake press equipment. Utilize your expertise in reading and interpreting technical blueprints to ensure project accuracy. Maintain precise measurements by demonstrating strong tape measure skills. Support operational efficiency by maintaining physical stamina for tasks such as standing, bending, stooping, reaching overhead, and repetitive lifting. Safely handle heavy materials by lifting up to 70 lbs to ensure production goals are met.
