5am to 330pm Mon-Thurs Key Responsibilities Set up and operate CNC and manual press brake machines. Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and technical drawings. Select appropriate tooling, dies, and machine settings for specific jobs. Measure and inspect finished parts using calipers, tape measures, micrometers, and other precision tools. Make machine adjustments to maintain quality and dimensional accuracy. Load, position, and unload sheet metal materials. Perform routine machine maintenance and keep equipment clean. Follow all company safety procedures and quality standards. Maintain production records and report issues to supervisors. Work with team members to meet production schedules and customer requirements. Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous experience operating a press brake, metal forming equipment, or other manufacturing machinery preferred. Ability to read blueprints and interpret mechanical drawings. Strong mathematical and measuring skills. Experience using precision measuring instruments. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
