Job Description

Overview We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Press Brake Operator to join our dynamic team in Gastonia, NC (28056). As a Press Brake Operator, you will play a crucial role in our manufacturing process, ensuring precision and quality in bending metal components. If you have a passion for working with machinery and a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you! Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake machines to bend and shape metal components according to specifications. Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work orders to determine job requirements. Inspect finished products for accuracy and quality, making adjustments as necessary. Maintain and troubleshoot press brake equipment to ensure optimal performance. Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines. Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machining or manufacturing is a plus. Proven experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar role. Strong understanding of metal fabrication processes and press brake operations. Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings. Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with safety standards and practices in a manufacturing setting.
