40.0 Overview Responsibilities Set up and operate fabrication equipment, including Manual and CNC operated hydraulic press brakes, metal shears, and ironworkers. Read tape measures and basic blueprints to measure and mark reference points or cut lines on workpieces. Move products and materials to workstations as needed. Follow instructions regarding daily tasks and job duties. Adhere to all workplace safety rules, regulations, and quality requirements. Communicate clearly with team members and supervisors. Perform other duties as assigned by management. Requirements Dependable and responsible individual with good communication skills. Ability to successfully complete the forklift certification process. Able to pass tape measure test and follow directions. Ability to work in a team-oriented environment and follow instructions. Availability to work required shifts and hours. Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs. Must wear steel-toe boots. Must be 18 years or older. Must pass pre-employment physical, drug screen, background check, and E-Verify screenings. Experience with setup and operation of 175- and 250-ton Press Brake for at least 1 year. At least 1 year of experience in warehouse or shop environment.
