• Job Description
• The role involves creating parts for agricultural and transportation products, utilizing blueprints to set up and adjust programs on high-capacity Brake presses. The operator will load and unload materials, making necessary adjustments to the machines between product runs.
• Responsibilities
• + Produce parts for agricultural and transportation products. + Work from blueprints to set up and adjust programs on Trumpf presses. + Load and unload materials and make machine adjustments.
• Essential Skills
• + Minimum of 2 years experience operating press brakes. + Proficiency in setting up and changing over between parts. + Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills.
• Additional Skills & Qualifications
• + Ability to reach and interpret blueprints is highly advantageous.

• Work Environment
• The shop has recently expanded and accommodates approximately 40 people across various shifts. Training occurs during the day but the main shift will be 12:30 PM to 11 PM, Monday through Thursday with Friday overtime opportunities. A $2 per hour shift differential is offered for night shifts.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $26.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your jobclassification and length of employment.
