Full Job Description Sheet Metal Laser/Turret Operator Pay:

Based on Experience We have 2 shifts available. First shift

• 6:00am
• 2:30pm Second shift
• 2:30pm
• 10:45pm

Experience:

2+ years

Job Purpose:

Responsible for tasks related to setup and operation of sheet metal parts on Amada Lasers and Turrets. Other duties and tasks may be assigned.

Duties:

Setup and operating Amada laser and punch equipment to cut metal components to print. Check incoming material and label, move material with forklift. Must be able to read mechanical drawings and understand standard dimensions. Responsible for verifying parts to print. Perform maintenance on machine (clean tables, sharpen tools, clean dust collector, etc.) Responsible for maintaining a clean and organized workplace. Ability to calculate figures and analyze such as dimensions, and measurements.
