Setup Like a Champion Configure press brake machines for each job: tools, gauges, angles- you name it. Perform test bends and make micro-adjustments to ensure first-piece perfection . Interpret blueprints like a pro to bend metal to exact specs

Table:
Experience High school diploma or GED preferred. Technical training in metal fabrication or machining is a plus. 1-3 years operating press brakes or working in metal fabrication. CNC brake experience (AMADA, Trumpf, Bystronic, etc.) is a BIG plus . Technical Skills Can read blueprints, shop drawings, and job travelers without breaking a sweat. Understand metal behavior and bend allowances- knows how to shape it, not break it. Comfortable using measuring tools like calipers, micrometers, and protractors. Soft Skills Detail-driven with a sharp focus on quality and consistency. Self-motivated and team-minded
- you can hustle solo or on the line.
Physical Requirements:
Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods. Comfortable with frequent bending, lifting, and working around loud equipment. Thrives in shop with dust, heat, and industrial noise. The Shop Environment Fast-paced. Precision-driven. Team-oriented. You'll be part of a skilled fabrication crew where craftsmanship, communication, and safety come first.
