Our services include laser cutting, press brake bending, welding, CNC machining, and powder coating. Job Summary We are seeking a Press Brake Operator / Machine Operator to join our team. This role is primarily focused on press brake setup and operation, producing accurate, high-quality formed parts. The position will also support welding and general shop production as needed. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced fabrication environment where quality, efficiency, and attention to detail are critical. Essential Duties & Responsibilities Set up and operate press brake (bending) equipment to form sheet metal parts to specification Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Select proper tooling, adjust machine settings, and ensure accurate bends Perform first-piece and in-process inspections to maintain tight tolerances and quality standards Measure finished parts using calipers, gauges, templates, and rulers Load, position, and secure materials using fixtures, stops, and clamps Additional Responsibilities (as needed): Assist with MIG/TIG welding and basic fabrication tasks Support operation of other equipment (laser, CNC, etc.) as workload requires Inspect completed parts and identify/report non-conforming materials Perform routine machine cleaning and basic preventative maintenance Accurately record production data (quantities, scrap, downtime) Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment Follow all company safety and quality standards The company reserves the right to modify duties as business needs require.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum 1 year of experience in a metal fabrication or manufacturing environment Press brake experience strongly preferred

Pay:

$18.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
