Check out our website to learn more about our business at www.ncttech.com Welder / Press Brake Operator description of role: NCT Technologies is looking for a welder / press brake operator to join our team. We're looking for a hardworking individual who enjoys meeting challenges and surpassing customer expectations. The ideal welder will have an understanding in: Able to MIG/TIG weld steel. Able to TIG weld aluminum and stainless steel. Diverse in Production and Precision style welding. Able to grind parts post weld. Able to improvise and build weld fixtures to support product flow Able to read and interpret blueprints Able to use measuring devices (tape measure, calipers, etc….) Able to be cross-functional to support workload Able to be self-sufficient once trained Valid driver's license required Forklift experience a plus Available for overtime and weekend coverage, if needed The ideal press brake operator will have an understanding in: Set-up forming dies and punches in the press brake. After forming a part and doing a first piece check, you will make the necessary corrections to the part program to adjust for variations in material Position each piece against stops and form piece to the required angle and bends Check finished piece against print for correct dimensions, make adjustments to the press brake as needed. Monitor and track quantities of completed parts through multiple processes Develop computer programs for new parts Complete other duties as assigned Welder /

Press Brake Operator Skills and Requirements:

Valid Driver's License Excellent attendance Punctual Team Player Positive Attitude Mechanically inclined Able to lift up to 50 lbs. unassisted Prolonged periods of sitting, standing, walking and bending

Press Brake Operator Salary:

$20.00
