Opti Staffing is partnering with a local metal fabrication company in Boring that has been in business for decades. They build high-quality metal products and are looking for an experienced Press Brake Operator to join their team. This is a stable, long-term opportunity with a company that values skilled employees and quality work.

What You'll Do:

Set up, program, and operate CNC press brake machines Perform bump forming and complex forming operations Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders Select proper tooling and make machine adjustments as needed Inspect finished parts using calipers, micrometers, angle gauges, and other precision measuring tools Troubleshoot forming issues and optimize production processes Perform routine machine maintenance and safety checks Collaborate with production and quality teams to meet deadlines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

What You Need To Have:

10+ years of CNC Press Brake experience Strong setup and operation experience Experience with bump forming and complex forming techniques Ability to read and interpret complex blueprints Experience using precision measuring instruments Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills Excellent attention to detail and quality standards

The Musts:

Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen Ability to pass a background check Reliable transportation to Boring, OR Strong commitment to workplace safety

Preferred:

Welding experience Plasma cutting experience General fabrication experience Experience working in a custom fabrication environment
